Hey, I'm Tess

And I want to help you make delicious healthy food that helps you lose weight, and feel amazing!

I utilize food combining principles in my Skinny60™ Weight-Loss program, and participants are amazed at how effective this strategy is for losing weight and improving digestion.

"When you combine the right foods together the weight just falls off!"
- Hanna Lundgren, member of the SK60™ community who lost 20 pounds

Food combining is an approach to eating that works on the idea that your body can only digest one concentrated food (starch or protein) at a time. The digestion of starches require alkaline conditions, whereas the enzymes that digest proteins work best in an acidic environment. So, if you eat starches and proteins together, such as meat and potatoes, fish and chips, spaghetti and meatballs, or a cheese sandwich (popular combos many of us enjoy all the time), nothing gets digested properly. Poor digestion can get in the way of you losing weight.

Give food combining a try, and see what a difference it makes in your life! Use this handy cheat sheet to make choosing combos easy!

And, listen to the Weight Loss Success Stories from the SK60™ community, and how food combining helped them lose weight quickly and easily!
