Right after purchase you will receive an email with login credentials to the SK60® website, and you will have complete access to all club materials. If you are a member of the 60-Day Reset, your login and password will remain the same.
There are main dishes, soups, salads, desserts, snacks, and condiments you can add to your repertoire. All of the recipes are: Plant-based (dairy-free, egg-free), gluten-free, corn-free, and sugar-free (diabetic-friendly). There are a couple of recipes that contain soy. All of the recipes are vegan/vegetarian. There are notes for supplementing the recipes with clean animal protein, if you desire.
Yes! All of the recipes are SK60® compliant, and follow the same food combining principles as the 60-Day Reset. Some recipes are more flexible than the recipes included in the 60-Day Reset, and contain more fat and sodium, and utilize beans, tofu, oats, and other ingredients not included in the reset for the purposes of the digestive tune up. There are notes with recommendations for consumption to help you utilize the recipes strategically if you are participating in the 60-Day Reset.
Yes! If you are participating in the 60-Day Reset, you can access the Cooking Club recipes on Living Plate® and add those recipes to your meal plan. So, you will have access to over 300 SK60® compliant recipes to help plan your meals, snacks, and drinks.
